The book is a collection of UAE’s colloquial proverbs and wisdom sayings. It is the work researched and gathered by HHC’s CEO, Abdullah Hamdan Bin Dalmook. The First edition includes more than 400 proverbs and wisdom sayings. Detecting the truth about the origin and authenticity of the proverbs is more important to the author than adding more proverbs. The collection of proverbs and wisdom quotes from UAE’s oral colloquial memory took long years of work. Notably, the book is written in Emirati Arabic with simple elaborations and alphabetization.
